Hi Glen, we sold the winery 1 hour before the auction commenced to a cash buyer. please remove the listing. They also took all stock so the clearing sale is not going ahead.

Well, after a drawn out settlement allowing the owners to manage the 2015 Vintage, 399 Holben Road (Hidden Lake), Cowaramup, finally settled on 22 April - $2.5M. Sellers have taken possession of an awesome yacht and sail off from Auckland in a week or so. Phew!!!
On Wednesday I’m heading out to that spectacular property that you referred me to – Brooke Hunt called me a while ago, after you referred me, and I am heading out there to meet her parents and look over the property. I hope to be in touch with you soon to discuss advertising!!
